- Castle Tire drivers earn a base wage of $22.50 per hour, plus time and a half ($33.75) for overtime after 40 hours worked

- You and a co-driver will operate a 26’ Non-CDL Box Truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete tire removal services for customers who reside on a designated route

Box Truck Driver Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Successfully complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check, previous employment check, and criminal history
- Provide a valid DOT Medical card or the ability to pass DOT physical to obtain a medical card
- Good driving record / MVR
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Physical requirements: while performing the duties of the job is to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, push, pull, carry, and manipulate large and heavy tires up to 150 lbs
